Dr Raju was very informative. Effective listening and able to work a plan to fit my lifestyle. His Nurse Christine, also very comforting. Given it has been a few years since I have been to gyn. She and Dr Raju made me feel at ease.
The receptionist and whoever I spoke with when making the appointment have zero customer service skills. I explained that I have 3 insurance policies. 2 were recorded, but only one would be billed. I can see not billing the 3rd one , however your office can't bill primary AND secondary?

Dr. Raju is an excellent doctor.
The front receptionist was a bully, not helpful, and bossy.
I will return to the Sarasota office next year to see Dr. Raju.

I felt at ease. Dr. Davis was gentle and kind and answered my many questions. Upon finding out my prescription had a very high co-pay, she found an alternative that is actually better. I am in my 70s but I highly recommend Dr, Katrina Davis for all ages.
