Very attentive and listened to my concerns! Actually came up with some plans of actions and did not just refer me to other doctors or medications! I also appreciated that my concerns were not dismissed or rushed.

Dr was ok but office staff is very unorganized and borderline rude. Sent my new insurance info to schedule for first time prenatal visit. Was scheduled with the right Dr but wrong office. Then was told they can't see me for future visit due to my insurance being Cigna. I argued with them that it was not, but got no where. Ended up actually calling the same number int he card they have and confirmed with my insurance that they have nothing to do with Cigna. Also confirmed with the lab they sent me to who is also billing my same insurance who also confirmed they are wrong. But after this experience not even going to try to pursue further argument and going back. No one seems to know what going on in the office at all.

At 72 years old and someone with many maladies and surgeries in my past, I have seen many, many doctors. There have been some memorable ones, however, Dr. Raju stands out among that crowd.
I was a bit frightened by my diagnosis, but Dr. Raju was kind, comforting and explained everything quite well, including answering all my questions. I left his office today, feeling still concerned, but confident that I am in the right hands. Thank you, Dr. Raju.
